KANEKTA SOURCING VISION.
We always work with prominent factories and textiles for sourcing and developments of fabric, trims & do garment productions. We are strict maintaining and observing valid certifications and compliances – Accord – Alliance, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, and sustainable sourcing in recycle materials.
We have good understanding and business relationship with local and overseas fabric and trims manufacturer and suppliers.
We are specialized in woven and knit products (Top & Bottoms) in different age groups and size segments.
KANEKTA QUALITY AND PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP VISION
Our team are trained with the business excellence and improvement technicalities, where we can monitor, implement to make continuous improvements controlling during production starts with zero defects standards to work with the lines and operator to operators, which can also help improve the factory manpower skills, reduce DHU, cut to ship loss and to maintain on time delivery.
Quality Controlling System.
Firstly, we ensure and select factory in which we can be satisfy first in process and quality and commitment– maintaining a parameter of standards other than certifications and CSRWe deploy one QA Inspector for Factory who visits factory on regular and full time basis in order to ensure Development, Sampling, Production Follow Up, CSR Checking, Confirming required quality standards.
